Return and Shipping
- All SALE, OUTLET, and BEAUTY items are final sale. Not subject to refund.
- Only exchange or online store credit is available.
- Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for paying returning shipping.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you can return/exchange it to us within 15 days from the date your order was originally received.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

A Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you by email within 2-3 business days.
Once received, please print and send it along with the original invoice and the goods you wish to return.
The RMA number is valid for a period of 14 days, so please be sure to process your return immediately.
Returns received without an online account cannot be processed. Please note that returns
may take up to 5 business days for processing once received. Once your return has been processed,
you will be notified by email and issued an online store credit to apply to your next purchase.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT
- The store credit only policy states that you accept returned items and will issue credit in the amount of the original sale, which is only to be used on www.europeanrepublic.com
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the online store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Online store credit is provided in U.S. dollars.
- Online store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Online store credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
- Online store credit can be applied your next order(s).
- To view your online store credit Balance, log into your European Republic account.
Your store credit balance will be displayed on the My Account page.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- Loss or damage of merchandise while in customer's possession (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents).
- Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in non-sale able condition.
- Time since the sale is beyond the Customer's return period. Please refer to customer return policy.
- Breaking of original European Republic packaging and re-wrapping.
Returns must be in original condition, never worn, with all original packaging, including the original invoice and the RMA.
We will not be able to accept merchandise that is not received in the above specified conditions.

Please make sure when returning your package to use a trackable method as we cannot and will not credit packages that were not received.
- You may choose UPS shipping method that you prefer. (For example: GROUND, 3 DAY SELECT, 2 DAY, NEXT DAY)

- Order arrival date can be changed depending on what shipping method you choose.
- UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient's telephone number must be included on the label.
Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge.
Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
Orders require 1-2 business days for processing.
Orders placed after 1 PM (PST) begin processing the next business day.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Typically, 5-10 business days from order date to arrival.
UPS 3 Day Select Shipping
Typically, 4 business days from order date to arrival.
UPS 2nd Day Shipping
